How long is the complimentary waiting time for pick-ups?

Complimentary waiting time varies by pick-up type: 1 hour for airport, port, and train station pick-ups, and 15 minutes for all other pick-ups.

Flight Monitoring
If a flight number was provided at the time of booking, the driver/partner is required to monitor the flight and adjust the pick-up time accordingly for delays of up to 6 hours. In this case:
- The 1 hour of complimentary waiting time starts from the actual landing time of the flight.
Important Note on Pick-Up Time
The desired pick-up time is not automatically set to the arrival time of your flight. It is the pick-up time confirmed by the customer at the time of booking.
