Return a Ride Before 72 Hours

Partners can now return 1 ride per day directly from the Transfeero Partner App or Partner Website, as long as the ride is more than 72 hours before the pick-up time.

How to return a ride

1. Open the booking in the Partner App or Website.

2. Click the "Return Ride" button.

3. Confirm the return.

That's it. The ride will be returned to Transfeero so we can find another partner.

Important

• You can return 1 ride per day.

• The ride must be more than 72 hours before pick-up.

• No monetary penalty will be applied.

• Your T-Score will be impacted by the returned ride.

• Rides within 72 hours of pick-up cannot be returned using this option.
