How does the Hourly Service work?

Learn how the Hourly Service works, what mileage is included per hour, and how to extend your booking if you need extra hours or distance.

An Hourly Service keeps a dedicated vehicle and driver at the customer's disposal for the full duration of the booking, including any requested stops.

How the Hourly Service Works

The service begins exactly at the pick-up time selected by the customer during booking. The assigned driver and vehicle remain exclusively available to the customer for every hour booked.

Included Mileage

Each hour of service includes a distance allowance of:

12 miles per hour
20 km per hour

Extra Hours or Miles (Kilometers)

If the customer needs to extend the service beyond the booked hours or distance, the following step is required:

Notify the Transfeero Team of the additional hours or miles (kilometers) needed.
Wait for confirmation of any additional costs associated with the extension.
