How to use Dispatcher or Driver account in the App

This article explains how to log in and use the Dispatcher (Owner) and Driver accounts in the Transfeero app.

Choosing Your Account Type

On the Log In page in the app, you will be prompted to log in as either a Dispatcher or a Driver.

Dispatcher / Owner Account

If you are the Dispatcher or Owner of the company, log in with your normal account details. You will have full visibility and control over all rides, just as before.

Driver Account

How to Log In

1. The driver opens the app and selects the Driver login option.
2. They enter their phone number and email address.
3. They receive an access code via text message and email.
4. They enter the access code to complete the login.

What Drivers Can See

Once logged in, drivers have access to a focused view showing only the information relevant to them:

• Passenger name and surname
• Passenger phone number
• Pick-up and drop-off locations
• Upcoming rides assigned to them

Confirming Pick-Up and Drop-Off

Drivers can confirm each stage of the journey using the dedicated buttons in the app:

• Confirm Pick-Up — records the pick-up location with time and date.
• Confirm Drop-Off — records the drop-off location with time and date.

This location data is shared with customers, allowing them to track the journey and ensuring a smooth pick-up experience.
